While it received a 5 minute standing ovation at its premiere in Cannes, this last chapter of the Mission Impossible franchise has landed mixed reviews from critics. Even at the premiere, Despite the long running time,some of them were seen glued to their screens while a few were spotted sneaking out. This last chapter has received a mixed review at Rotten Tomatoes as it fares a poor score of 81% compared to the previous four that landed at 90s.
